🛍️ The Offers Section (Products & Services)
Create and manage what your business sells through Our Mayberry — and choose how each item contributes to a cause.
The Offers section is where you create or manage all the products, services, and gift cards your business wants to make available in the Impact Marketplace.
This is also where you set the contribution percentage for each individual offer — giving you full control over how much each product or service contributes to the causes you support.
The Offers section is flexible, powerful, and designed to adapt to every type of business — from restaurants and retail shops to service providers, creators, consultants, and nonprofits.
1. What You See When You First Open the Offers Section
The first screen shows a clean list of all your current offers.
Each offer card displays:
- Offer image
- Title
- Price
- Contribution % for that offer
- Category
- Edit icon
- Delete icon
You can also:
- Search your offers
- Filter by category (All, Uncategorized, Imported)
- Display more/less offers per page
- Add new offers using the + Add new product/service button
🔄 WooCommerce Integration
If your business uses WooCommerce, any products from your WooCommerce store that sync into Our Mayberry will appear here under Imported.
You can edit details, update contribution percentages, categorize them, or remove items if you don’t want them listed.
2. Understanding Contribution Percentages in the Offers Section
Each offer has its own contribution percentage, set by you.
Important:
This contribution amount is totally separate from your in-store QR code contribution percentage.
- QR Code contribution % applies only when a customer pays through a special QR code you set up elsewhere.
- Offer contribution % applies when the customer buys a specific product/service from your Offers page or an Impact Marketplace.
This gives you precise control over how much each item supports a cause.
Examples:
- You may contribute 25% on a gift card
- 10% on a high-margin service
- 0% on an item you want to list without contribution
3. Offer Types: Physical Products, Digital Products & Services
Our Mayberry supports every kind of business model.
A. Services (Appointment Required)
If an offer is marked as a service, the customer:
- Purchases the service, and
- Automatically enters the appointment scheduling flow
This ensures you get all the details needed to deliver the service.
B. Physical Items (Pickup or Shipping)
You can offer physical items with the following options:
- Eligible for shipping (you set whether shipping is included in the price)
- Eligible for pickup
If the item is for pickup, it appears in your Pickup Hold List, allowing you to:
- Confirm when the order is ready
- Mark it as picked up
C. Single Item vs. Multi-Item Packages
You can sell:
- A single item (e.g., one subscription, one gift card, one product)
- A package (e.g., “5-class pass,” “bundle of 3 sessions,” “box of 10 cookies”)
Packages are great for upsells and fundraising.

This makes offers one of the most powerful ways to support community fundraising.
