🛒 WooCommerce Integration
Easily sync your WooCommerce store with Our Mayberry and sell your products through the Impact Marketplaces.
If your business already uses WooCommerce to power your online store, Our Mayberry makes it incredibly simple to bring all your WooCommerce products into the Impact Marketplace — without recreating any items.
Once connected:
- Your WooCommerce items automatically appear in your Offers section (under “Imported”)
- All product management continues to happen in WooCommerce
- Your contribution percentage is applied automatically
- Supporters can purchase your imported products through Impact Marketplaces
- You can reach new audiences without changing your existing workflow
1. What WooCommerce Integration Does
Once you connect WooCommerce:
✔ Automatically imports your products
All WooCommerce items appear in the My Offers → Imported tab.
✔ Keeps WooCommerce as the “source of truth”
You continue managing:
- Pricing
- Stock
- Descriptions
- Images
- Categories
All inside WooCommerce
The updates sync into Our Mayberry.
✔ Offers appear in Impact Marketplaces
Once imported, your WooCommerce items:
- Display in your business storefront
- Appear in any Impact Marketplace you partner with
- Support the fundraiser or nonprofit selected during the purchase
✔ Uses a single contribution percentage
Every WooCommerce item uses the contribution percentage you specify during setup.
This is different from custom offers, which allow per-item contributions.
2. Before Connecting WooCommerce: What You Will See
Before linking your store, the WooCommerce section displays:
- A step-by-step guide on generating your API keys
- Fields to enter:
- Website address
- WooCommerce Consumer Key
- WooCommerce Consumer Secret
- Contribution percentage
- A large WooCommerce visual indicator
- “ENTER” button to finalize the connection
This screen guides you through the connection process using the WooCommerce REST API.
3. How to Connect WooCommerce to Our Mayberry
(Matches the screenshots you provided)
Step 1 — Log into your WordPress Admin
Navigate to your WordPress backend:yourstore.com/wp-admin
Go to WooCommerce → Settings
Step 2 — Open the Advanced Tab
At the top of WooCommerce settings, click:
Advanced
Step 3 — Select the “REST API” Sub-Tab
Inside the Advanced tab, click:
REST API
This is where API keys are created.
Step 4 — Click “Add Key”
This begins the process of generating the API keys needed for Our Mayberry to sync with WooCommerce.
Step 5 — Fill Out the Key Details
Enter:
- A description (example: “Our Mayberry Integration”)
- Choose yourself or another admin as the User
- Set Permissions to Read
Then click:
Generate API Key
Step 6 — Copy the Keys Into Our Mayberry
After you generate your keys:
- Copy the Consumer Key
- Copy the Consumer Secret
- Copy your Base URL (your website address)
Return to the WooCommerce page in Our Mayberry and enter:
- Website address
- WooCommerce Consumer Key
- WooCommerce Consumer Secret
- Contribution percentage (this applies to ALL imported products)
Then click ENTER.
Your WooCommerce store is now linked to Our Mayberry.
4. After Connecting WooCommerce: What You Will See
Once integrated:
✔ You’ll see a confirmation showing the connection is active
You’ll also see any import activity or messages confirming that the initial sync is complete.
✔ All WooCommerce items will appear in your Offers (under “Imported”)
Each item includes:
- Product image
- Title
- Price
- Auto-applied contribution percentage
- Category
- Status
✔ You’ll see ongoing import status
If you add new products in WooCommerce, they appear in Our Mayberry automatically.
5. Managing WooCommerce Items (Important!)
✔ You cannot edit WooCommerce items inside Our Mayberry
Since WooCommerce is the master system, edits must be made inside your WooCommerce dashboard.
When you edit a product in WooCommerce:
- Price updates
- Image changes
- Description edits
- Stock counts
All automatically sync into Our Mayberry.
✔ You CAN remove items from being sold on Our Mayberry
If you want to stop selling a synced item, you can delete or hide it inside the Offers tab.
6. How Contributions Work for WooCommerce Items
During setup, you specify your Contribution (%).
This percentage:
- Applies to all imported WooCommerce items
- Is used for every purchase that happens through Our Mayberry
- Supports whichever fundraiser or cause the buyer selects
WooCommerce items do NOT have individual contribution settings.
This keeps things simple and consistent.
